Our first initial meeting is longer (1.5-2 hours). We will discuss your history and present condition, your hopes, wishes and expectations. Traditional Chinese diagnosis as well as initial treatment are included.

Further treatments are normally 1 hour long.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise which require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure a fair and transparent process, we have established the following cancellation and postponement policy:

Cancellation or postponement made at least 48 hours in advance: No charges will be applied.

Short-term cancellation (within 24- 48hours in advance): A cancellation fee of 30€ will be charged.

Cancellation made later than 24 hours in advance: The full price of the appointment will be charged.
