This path is for your own healing: your body, your nervous system, your specific way of moving through the world. The work is slow and somatic with practices that meet your sensitivity instead of overriding it, undoing patterns at the pace your system can actually metabolize.
This path is about learning to hold space for and heal others: starting from your own embodied experience. It's for people who are already being asked to hold others, formally or informally, and want to do it with more skill and less depletion.
