‘Healing in The Flow’ is a gentle yet potent healing modality, a non-invasive technique where the client relaxes as the healer takes them on a profound meditative healing journey beyond the limitations of space and time.

We connect, either in person, through a video chat, or over the phone. We begin with a conversation where you share, and I deeply listen. I might suggest some 'homework' for you, such as a specific yoga exercise, a meditation practice, or anything else that might complement and support your healing. Then, I invite you to lie down and relax as we begin the healing.

Helen came to see me with a significantly enlarged thyroid, reaching a point where it impeded her ability to speak, swallow, and even breathe freely. In the course of the healing session, most clients experience a profound sense of relaxation, often reporting feeling light and renewed afterward. Some may perceive the energy-flow, while others have vivid dreams or unique sensory experiences. However, for most, the primary experience is one of deep relaxation. Occasionally, a client might remain ‘in their head’ - unable to fully relax during the session, and that is perfectly fine too— the healing works just as deeply whether you feel it or not.

Healing in the Flow is rooted in the Kundalini tradition, where an awakened Kundalini signifies the intersection of Shiva and Shakti – the merger of human consciousness with the energy-flow. Energy serves as the medium for all manifest life; and it’s in the infinite-sea-of-prana that the healing effects unfold. The healing impulse, however, originates in the unmanifest realm — the realm of consciousness. During the healing session, the healer projects their silence. 'Projection' is a quality of energy, whereas silence represents the 'zero point of consciousness'.
