Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Remote Healing Mastery Course ("Course"), offered by il’il Paz El (Sat Prem) and Golden Healing ("Golden Healing"). By enrolling in the Course, you agree to abide by these Terms.

Eligibility 
Participants must be 18 years or older to enroll.

Payment and Refund Policy
To secure your spot, an initial non-refundable payment of €200 is required upon enrollment. This payment will be fully refunded if your registration is declined.

Complete your enrollment by making a second payment of €880 up to 21 days before the course starts. This second payment is refundable up to 10 days before the course’s start date.

We accept payments via Stripe, bank transfer, and other specified payment gateways detailed by il’il Paz El (Sat Prem) and Golden Healing.

Refunds: Refunds are available up to 10 days before the course starts. Refund requests due to medical emergencies or other extraordinary circumstances will be considered case-by-case.

Course Participation
Participants are expected to attend all live sessions. If a session is missed, it is the participant's responsibility to review any provided recordings or materials. Certification of Mastery will be granted to those who attend at least 80% of the Course.

Recording of Sessions
Live sessions will be recorded for educational purposes and to provide recordings to participants who could not attend live sessions. By participating in the Course, you consent to the recording of sessions you attend. These recordings will not be used by il’il Paz El (Sat Prem) and Golden Healing for any purpose other than private use and learning within the Course. Participants may use recordings for private use and learning purposes only and may not distribute or reproduce them without written consent from il’il Paz El (Sat Prem) and Golden Healing.

Course Materials
All Course materials provided are for personal use only. Distribution or reproduction of Course materials without written consent from il’il Paz El (Sat Prem) and Golden Healing is prohibited.

Technical Requirements
Participants must have a reliable internet connection and appropriate devices (computer, tablet, etc.) to participate in the Course.

Conduct and Expectations
Participants are encouraged to engage kindly and respectfully towards instructors and fellow participants. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

Confidentiality & Privacy
During the Healing Mastery Course, participants may choose to share personal and sensitive information during healing practice sessions and group discussions. It is essential to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared by group members. We strictly prohibit participants from disclosing or discussing any course-related information outside of the designated course environment.

Intellectual Property

Course Content: All content provided during the Course, including but not limited to videos, written materials, and recorded sessions, are the intellectual property of il’il Paz El (Sat Prem) and Golden Healing. Unauthorized use or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Trademarks: Any trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed during the Course are the property of il’il Paz El (Sat Prem) and Golden Healing or third parties.

Limitation of Liability

No Guarantees: il’il Paz El (Sat Prem) and Golden Healing do not guarantee specific results from participation in the Course. Individual outcomes will vary.

Health Disclaimer: The Course includes practices related to healing and wellness. Participants should consult their healthcare providers before beginning any new wellness program. il’il Paz El (Sat Prem) and Golden Healing are not responsible for any adverse effects resulting from the Course.

Emotional and Physical Damage: il’il Paz El (Sat Prem) and Golden Healing are not liable for any emotional or physical damage that may occur as a result of participating in the Course.

Use of Methods: il’il Paz El (Sat Prem) and Golden Healing are not liable for any damages that may occur due to the use or misuse of the methods and techniques taught in the Course.

Changes to the Course

Modification: il’il Paz El (Sat Prem) and Golden Healing reserve the right to modify the Course content, schedule, or instructors if necessary. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.

Cancellation: il’il Paz El (Sat Prem) and Golden Healing reserve the right to cancel the Course if minimum enrollment is not met or due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation, participants will receive a full refund.

Governing Law

Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Course will be resolved in the courts of Germany.

Agreement

Acceptance: By enrolling in the Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
