Healing in The Flow is the ancient healing art of mystical absorption in the divine - developed by a Master Healer and Founder of Golden Healing, il'il Sat Prem, who experienced the beginning of her own Kundalini awakening at the age of 14. Getting there
Quinta Marugo is 2.10 hours from Lisbon airport and Faro airport, 40 minutes from Beja train station, and 10 minutes from the town of Serpa. Besides arriving by car, there are direct buses from Lisbon to Serpa through rede expressos, and then you can take a taxi for about €12/14 to Quinta Marugo. Another possibility is taking a train from Lisbon (most stations) through CP (National Train Service) to Beja and a taxi to Quinta Marugo for about €50.
We can also organize transfers from Lisbon airport - talk to us to coordinate.

The 7-day retreat deeply touched, centered and aligned me for the fifth time (!) My personal life energy has more than doubled during this wonderful week… il'il's aura is present at all times and in every corner of the room and accompanies the group so warmly throughout the week. The retreat was a masterful, energetic symphony of kriyas, meditations and pranayamas, accompanied by a magical selection of music that carried me through even the most challenging exercises.

2025 dates coming up soon! We arrive at Quinta Marugo on Saturday, settle down, gather for an afternoon class and then have dinner together. On the last day, we check out in the morning - enjoy our final class for the week, have brunch together, and start our journey back home.

To secure your spot, place a one time non-refundable deposit of €400 EUR. 50% of the remaining balance is due August 5th, 2024. The rest is due in full by October 5th, 2024.

Yes! We’ll have free time daily - to relax, to connect with others, to integrate what we’ve learned - and to explore the beautiful surroundings. We will also go on group excursions, and meditate in nature.

To ensure an in-depth learning experience, and to be able to fully support your personal growth with individual guidance - creating an intimate shared space is key, which is why we will keep this retreat small, with a maximum of 16 participants. Better save your spot now!

il’il will be available for a limited number of 1 on 1 healing sessions during the retreat. If you wish to book one, please do so as soon as possible. Remote healing sessions and consultations will be available before and after the retreat at a reduced rate for participants. Additionally, deep-alignment bodywork sessions with physiotherapist, healer & yogini Yvonne Wicke will be offered during the retreat - to support you with the bodily challenges of yoga and meditation.

The €400 EUR deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made between August 5th, 2024 and October 5th, 2024 will result in withholding 50% of the retreat price, and cancellation made between October 5th, 2024 and the Retreat start, will result in total withholding of funds.
