1. Service Description

Golden Healing provides ongoing sessions, workshops, retreats, classes and 1-1 services as outlined on this website.

2. Payment

• Payment is due upon booking, or within 24 hours of booking.

• Payment is due in advance of any session, workshop, retreat or class.

• We accept online payments, EFTs and cash.
  

3. Cancellation Policy

• We understand that circumstances may arise which require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure a fair and transparent process, we have established the following cancellation and postponement policy:

• Cancellation or postponement made at least 48 hours in advance: No charges will be applied.

• Short-term cancellation (within 24- 48hours in advance): A cancellation fee of 30€ will be charged.

• Cancellation made later than 24 hours in advance: The full price of the appointment will be charged.

• We kindly request that you provide us with sufficient notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  

4. Rescheduling

• Customers may request to reschedule appointments at least 48 hours in advance.

• Any other circumstances, the above Cancellation Policy will apply.

• We reserve the right to approve or deny rescheduling requests.
  

5. Refunds

• We do not offer refunds.
  

6. Liability

• Golden Healing is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by the customer during the provision of services.
  

8. Confidentiality

• Any information shared between the customer and Golden Healing will be treated as confidential.

9. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Germany.
  

10. Changes to Terms

• Golden Healing reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

• Customers will be notified of any changes.
